As a minimalists game, I hoped it would be be pretty intuitive on how it works, and here is a guide anyway.

Simple guide:

Click in mall to build shops.
Click text or right click to change build type.
Build Shops with 3 or more squares together.
Have fun!

Extended guide:

==Mini-Mallists==
The Mini-Mallists (the mall patrons) are quite picky about how they behave and what they like! Below are some guidelines on how to get the most money out of these crazy shoppers.

Mini-mallists don't like small shops. They ignore shops that are too small. Size is determined by the amount of squares around a shop square.

Mini-mallists tend to not go to the same shop twice, but they may visit other stores, even of the same type.

Mini-mallists don't like not finding what they are looking for. If they cannot find meet their desires in your mall, they will promptly leave.

Mini-mallists are both male and female.Their shopping habits are very different. (Blue for males, Pink for females, naturally)

Mini-mallists do not enjoy being prodded or poked, but it can be fun to try :P

How the mini-mallists think is a mystery at times to their creator as well, it will take a lifetime to learn how their culture works.

-Females-
 Females are very inclined to go shopping at clothing shops, and lots of them. They often try to visit as many clothing shops as they can. They may occasionally get some food, and vary rarely go to the electronics store.

-Males-
Males are in and out shoppers. They tend to either hang out spending large in the electronics stores, or buying food. If the need comes up to get some clothing, males don't stick around and go in and out, they don't shop around at clothing stores.

-Boyfriends-
Some males are also boyfriends, who are dragged along to the mall by their girlfriend. These can be seen by a male mini-mallist following a girlfriend wherever she goes. The exception to this following is when the girlfriend enters a clothing store, which the boyfriend does not want to enter, so he'll hang out outside the clothing shop until she enters.

==Shops==
There are three types of shops, Clothing, Electronics and Food.
To build a Shop square, click inside the mall to build a square of the selected build shop type. Each shop has its own color, and cost associated with it.

Electronics - black - $1000/square
Clothing - pink - $500/square
Food - yellow - $600/square
Floor(extending) - white - $2000/square

Also the walls of the mall can be extended when needed, by building the Floor type onto the walls. This is expensive so it is best not to extend until your mall is flourishing.

DO NOTE: The mall architect did not design the mall to be extended in regards to the entrances, and so the entrances can be blocked off if not careful when extending! Mini-mallists don't like this, and therefore they may crash your computer in protest!

The selected build shop type is displayed on the bottom left of the screen, and it can be changed by either clicking on it, or right clicking the mouse.

Next to the selected build shop type is the cost associated with buying ONE square of the selected build shop type.

==Income==

Shops give different income depending on shop type, and the sex of the mini-mallists making the purchase.

Electronic stores are where the big spenders go. Food is cheap. Clothing is cheap for females who make lots of purchases, and expensive for guys who buy less.

==Technical Issues==
Can get a bit heavy in memory/cpu when playing.
A few bugs and problems, let me know if you get any specific or annoying ones.
